WHAT IS SSCS CAMOUFLAGE?
Straight Shooter Camouflage Systems (SSCS) is an independent camouflage brand built around a simple idea: design camouflage around what the woods actually look like.
Our patterns are created from years of experience in the outdoors and an understanding that no single environment looks exactly like another. Different terrain, vegetation, seasons, and hunting conditions call for different approaches to camouflage.
SSCS also takes camouflage beyond the hunt. Many of our designs work just as well as original outdoor and lifestyle apparel for people who simply like the way they look.
WHAT MAKES SSCS CAMOUFLAGE DIFFERENT?
We don't believe camouflage has to follow the same formulas that have dominated the industry for decades.
SSCS patterns are designed around real environments, natural structure, depth, color, and visual breakup. Some patterns are highly realistic. Others take a more unconventional approach. Each one gives hunters and outdoorsmen another option for matching the places they actually spend their time.
We design our camo around what the woods actually look like.
WHERE ARE SSCS PRODUCTS MADE?
SSCS is an American-owned independent brand, but our current made-to-order products are manufactured and fulfilled in China. We believe in being straightforward about that.
Manufacturing location and brand origin are two different things. SSCS camouflage patterns, concepts, and brand identity are original SSCS creations.
HOW ARE SSCS PRODUCTS MADE?
SSCS products are made to order. Instead of maintaining a warehouse full of finished inventory, your item is produced after your order is placed and shipped directly to you.
This allows a small independent company like SSCS to offer more original camouflage patterns, products, and size options without the enormous inventory requirements of traditional apparel companies.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
SSCS products are made to order. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for production before shipping.
Most U.S. orders are delivered within approximately 10–20 business days from the date of purchase, depending on the product, time of year, destination, carrier, and shipping conditions.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. SSCS ships internationally to many countries and regions in addition to the United States.

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?
Sizing can vary between products, so please check the available size options and size chart on the individual product page before ordering.
Extended sizes are available on many SSCS products.
WHAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact SSCS as soon as possible and provide your order information along with clear photos showing the problem.
We will review the issue and work with our fulfillment partner to determine the appropriate replacement or resolution.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM IF I ORDER THE WRONG SIZE OR CHANGE MY MIND?
Because SSCS products are made specifically for each order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for an incorrectly selected size, buyer's remorse, or a change of mind.

ARE THE CAMOUFLAGE PATTERNS EXCLUSIVE TO SSCS?
The camouflage designs sold under the SSCS brand are original SSCS designs. They were developed specifically for Straight Shooter Camouflage Systems and are a major part of what makes the brand different.
WHY DOES SSCS OFFER SO MANY CAMOUFLAGE PATTERNS?
Because no two hunters, environments, or situations are exactly alike.
The woods of Georgia don't look like the mountains of Colorado. A hardwood bottom in November doesn't look like a pine thicket in September, a Louisiana swamp, an open western hillside, or a snow-covered forest.
That's why SSCS doesn't believe in trying to make one camouflage pattern be everything to everybody.
We pride ourselves on giving people choices. Our growing collection of original patterns covers different terrain, vegetation, seasons, and styles so you can choose the camouflage that makes sense for where you hunt—or simply the pattern you like best.
Some people want realistic woodland camouflage. Some need wetland, snow, or high-country patterns. Others want something completely different that they can wear in the woods and everywhere else.
Choice is part of the SSCS system. Different woods. Different conditions. Different people.

IS SSCS ONLY FOR HUNTERS?
Not at all.
Hunting is at the heart of SSCS and always will be, but camouflage doesn't have to stop at the edge of the woods. Many SSCS products work as outdoor, casual, and lifestyle apparel as well.
If you like a pattern because it disappears into your hunting environment, great. If you simply think it looks damn good, that's fine with us too.
WHO IS BEHIND SSCS?
SSCS was founded by lifelong hunter and outdoorsman James “Jimbo” Ethridge.
After decades spent hunting different terrain and studying how camouflage actually interacts with natural environments, Jimbo began developing his own approach to camouflage design.
SSCS wasn't born in a boardroom. It grew out of a lifetime spent in the woods.
